answered prayers.....

this may not be my tale to tell but I need to share..... 

about 12 weeks ago my cousin, (he has always been like a big brother) was injured in a motorcycle/bus accident..... 

we may never know what really happened, he cannot remember, it is my belief that this is one way Father in Heaven is blessing him..... 

at least for the time being..... 

it appears that he was drug under the bus for about 40 feet.....
 this must have been horrific to experience.....

he spent the first 5 weeks after the accident in the icu at a number one trauma center in our area..... he was kept in a medically induced sleep, their words, for many days..... 

he has undergone about 14 surgeries to save his right leg..... 

as a family we have held many fast with even more prayers and blessings offered up on and for his behalf..... 
Father in Heaven has heard and answered our prayers..... 

his doctors are the best in their fields of study..... his healing has been nothing short of miraculous..... 
the biggest threat from the on set of his accident was infection, his leg was shattered from just above the knee down to his ankle..... 
there was no tissue, muscle or skin to cover his bones once they were set..... 

the doctors are to be commended, they are fantastic..... 
he has had a totally skin flap and all but one small section took, he has had multiple skin grafts; they have all taken..... 
there is so much more to this tale..... 

the important part is he is coming home tomorrow..... 
he has a long long way to go..... 
he has his leg and this wife and children have a dad still..... 

I am so thankful to my Father in Heaven for his tender mercies and the love he has for his children.....
